Common questions

1. Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone or iPad only. Tuduist does not use accounts or cloud sync.

1. I deleted the app — can I get my tasks back?

No. Deleting the app removes local data. Export your tasks (TXT or JSON) from the app menu before deleting if you want a backup.

1. How do I export my tasks?

Open the menu (☰) on today’s page → Export as TXT (readable) or Export as JSON (backup).

1. Can I edit past days?

Past days are read-only. You can only add and edit tasks on today and future days.

1. Is Tuduist free?

Tuduist is a one-time paid app on the App Store. No subscription. No in-app purchases.

Tuduist (“we”, “the app”) is published by Tuduist. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Summary

• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not use analytics or advertising.
• We do not require an account.
• Your tasks stay on your device.

Data stored on your device

Tuduist stores your to-do items locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData). This includes:

• Task titles
• Completion status (done / not done)
• The date each task belongs to
• When each task was created

This data is not sent to our servers because we DO NOT operate servers for Tuduist.

Data you choose to export

You can export your tasks as a TXT or JSON file and save it to Files or share it elsewhere. Anything you export or share is your choice and leaves the app through Apple’s standard iOS sharing and file-saving features. We do not receive copies of exported files.

No tracking

Tuduist does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete tasks, delete the app, or reset your device. Uninstalling Tuduist removes the app’s local data from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
